I always love it when families want to get in on the 1 year milestone action!! Little Brynn just turned 1 year old and its always so fun to document the first birthday with a big cupcake cake!! Brynn’s mom and dad wanted to sneak in a few family photos before her session so it was fun to capture their love for their big one year old.
Since we did a outdoor cake smash, you can imagine it was a little hot since we are in the middle of summer here in AZ. I would say the first part of Brynn’s cake smash she had a fun time eating the icing off the cupcake cake, but as she got into it, the cake literally melted into her lap!! I know she didn’t eat that whole cake so it was fun to see the cake in tons of little pieces and her just playing with it! That is what these cake smashes are all about, fun and a big mess!!
