Maternity sessions are one of my favorite parts of being a photographer, whether they take place in the studio or outdoors. As a Phoenix area maternity photographer, I love offering both options so each session feels personal and true to every mom’s vision. Studio maternity sessions are timeless, intimate, and focused on emotion and connection, while outdoor maternity sessions in the Phoenix area bring in natural light, open space, and a soft, organic feel that beautifully complements this season of life.
What draws me so deeply to maternity photography is the story it represents—the very beginning. These sessions capture the anticipation, strength, and quiet beauty of motherhood before your baby is even in your arms. Every pregnancy is unique, and documenting this chapter allows moms to pause, reflect, and truly see how incredible their bodies are during this moment of transformation.
I love knowing that maternity photos become part of a family’s story. These images are often the first professional photos of your baby’s journey, long before newborn and milestone sessions follow. Having worked with many pregnant women, doulas, midwives, and other prenatal care providers throughout the Phoenix area, I understand both the physical and emotional nuances of this season. My role is not only to create beautiful photographs, but to ensure you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout the entire experience.

The Maternity Experience
The first step is simple — say hello! Fill out the contact form and share what type of package you’re hoping to book along with the timeline you have in mind. Whether you’re planning ahead or working with a specific due date this helps me understand your vision and availability.
Once I hear from you, I’ll walk you through the next steps, answer any questions, and help you choose the best package for your needs. From there, we’ll plan the details together so everything feels easy, organized, and stress-free to get you on our schedule.

2. MATERNITY Session
Once booked, on the day of your session everything is thoughtfully planned so you can relax and enjoy the experience. No matter what package you selected, we’ll have already done plenty of prep — from styling and setup to timing and flow — to ensure the day runs smoothly. Client Closet is always available for my maternity clients.
Every session is guided with care and flexibility, allowing space for little moments while keeping things calm, fun, and successful. My goal is to create a stress-free experience while capturing beautiful images you’ll love
3. YOUR GALLERY
After your session, your proofing gallery will be delivered within approximately 48 hours (excluding weekends). This gallery allows you to view all of the best images from your session in one place.
From there, you’ll select your favorite photos for final editing. Once your selections are made, I’ll take care of the finishing touches to create beautiful, polished images you’ll treasure for years to come.
4. FINAL IMAGES DELIVERED
Once your final edited image selections are submitted, please allow 2–3 weeks for the completion of your fully edited images. Each photo is carefully refined to ensure a timeless, polished look that reflects my style and attention to detail.
Your final images will be delivered via an online gallery, where you can easily download high-resolution files and order professional prints and products directly. This makes sharing, printing, and preserving your memories simple and seamless.
